Condition:

DRESS
The overall condition is good with some of the tacking stitches securing the decorative pleating of the skirt have broken on front proper right wrap closure. There are two metal straight pins stuck between the dress fabric and the lining in the upper proper right side of the wrap around fabric and are inaccessible.

MUFF
The overall condition is very good with some flattening of the decorative ruffles.

HAT
The overall condition is very good with some broken feathers throughout. There is wear of the nap around the rim of the brim and the front interior has some soiling.

The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use.
