Condition:
Overall very good condition.The exterior of the jacket is in excellent condition. The jacket's silk lining has split under each arm and in numerous areas along the hem. On the skirt, there are two minor pulls in the fabric on the front with some minor wear at the center back hook and eye closure. The lining has some loose hand-stitching at the base of the zip closure. Bodice One is in good condition with one small hole in the wool knit under the left arm, small brown spots on the front and pilling of the knit at the center of the chest. The silk chiffon underlining of the bodice has split with fabric loss under each arm. Bodice Two is in good condition with two small holes in the left back underarm, one beginning of a hole over the left chest and a small faint brown spot on the center front high waist. The silk chiffon underlayer has split down the left side seam. The hat is in very good condition on the exterior with a missing lining.
