Three Chinese Carved Agate Articles
20TH CENTURY
The first a censer example with rounded sides rising from a spared foot to a spreading a mouth, applied with a pair of mythical beast carvings and flanked by a pair of S-shaped chilong handles, the second a censer example with compressed globular body, the shoulder with a pair of animal masks supporting ring handles, the third a bowl example, incised to the exterior mouth rim with foliate decoration, each stone of translucent beige and lavender tone, with fitted wood stands.
