Two Chinese Lacquer Boxes and a Dish, Late 19th/20th Century
晚清民國 剔紅方形蓋盒二及葵花盤一件
The larger rectangular box decorated with a battle scene before a city wall, lotus scrolls to the sides; the smaller of dark chocolate brown over red, carved with a shou symbol and five bats, diaper sides; the hexalobe dish carved with boys in a landscape, floral scroll borders.
