The work is in overall good condition. The paper is laid down to the mat board, which has bent and broken free of the paper in the bottom left corner. The mat board is taped to the mat on verso in three places. There are several small losses to the extreme edges of the paper, for instance at bottom left and top center, no larger than 1 inch. There is a small gouge to the paper at top left in the trees and a pinhole at the top edge at left. There are scattered pinpoint spots of soiling, for instance at bottom right in the orange ground.
