1.) Fair. Helmet refinish is flaking with most of the paint having worn off the rim. Some spots of oxidation. All rivets to the liner are oxidized with the liner exhibiting some nicks on the edges of the rim, and scattered scratches.

2.) Good. Repaint is flaking with scratches and scuffs overall, and paint flaking off the rim.
