Overall good, stable, and ready to place condition. Having scattered nicks, scuffs, scraps, and dark marks consistent with age and use. The top of the lower case with heavier wear and dark marks to the finish. Age splits visible to the sides of the case. The back of the upper case with one horizontal age split running the width of the case. The upper shelves are somewhat warped but sturdy. The molding which connects the upper section of the cabinet to the lower with a broken piece on the proper right side; the piece is missing. Pulls are replaced. Worming throughout. Scattered fill. There is no key for the cabinet doors, but the doors have been fitted with a modern magnetic closure so that the doors open and close well. Additional images are available upon request.
