a lovely example, stable and sturdy; the frame with nice older surface, with some occasional crackling to varnish; exhibiting typical signs of wear commensurate with age and honest use, including some occasional scuffing, scraping, and scratches; age crack or repaired break along front inner edge of right-facing armrest, and repaired break to back of armrest; upholstery is modern, with signs of wear including fading, minor occasional stains, some fraying to cording, and some general loss along front of seat
