The needlework in overall very good condition-retaining bold color. Some long stitches in trees have come loose; scattered paint loss to figure's hands and sky . Some scattered discoloration to faces. A slight horizontal stretcher line to painted sky.
The unworked satin ground under reverse-painted mat is discolored, the upper right hand quadrant missing, tears to lower edge below needlework with some losses; the far right vertical edge missing.
