With a giltwood frame; the painting is not currently in the frame. Canvas is relined. Concentrated area of flaking and paint loss to upper left corner above Mary Magdelene's head with some other scattered flaking to paint at other parts of canvas. Examination under UV light shows scattered instances of overpainting with a larger vertical section of overpainting at middle of canvas extending from bottom up to Mary Magdelene's shoulder. The giltwood frame present but with loses to ornament and gesso. Some elements detached and retained, other examples not retained. Additional images available upon request.
