the hood with detached colonnette and bottom brass ring- the ring would need to be tacked back in place; the hood also with one detached upright for finial- would need to be reattached; the hood with repaired breaks along right-facing frame- including along hinges- the bottom part of door with brace to support where hinge connects, with a repaired break to fretwork; the case is solid overall, with some occasional age splits to wood grain commensurate with age; one quarter column with detached brass base- the piece is present and could be reattached; the interior of case door retaining old letter dated 1956, describing brief history of clock; the enamel clock face with some expected cracquelure and some loss to enamel commensurate with age, the signature and some numerals with some rubbing / loss; includes pendulum, two weights, winding key, and case key; as with all mechanical objects, Freeman's does not guarantee functionality for clocks
