Canvas is relined and margins trimmed; minor deposits of surface dirt; craquelure throughout; scattered instances of inpainting, visible under normal viewing conditions; splattered liquid stains running horizontally across upper right quadrant, approximately 9 1/2 inches in length; slightly raised line of inpainting extending horizontally from center to rightmost edge, approximately 14 3/4 inches in length. Under UV light: scattered instances of inpainting, predominantly throughout sky and mountain ridge; the aforementioned line of inpainting is accompanied by white pigment that fluoresces, but does not appear to be additional inpainting.
