Moderate deposits of surface dirt and dust; sheet is taped to mat window verso on upper right and left verso corners; moderate discoloration to the sheet; one small vertical crease in the lower left corner edge, as well as a slight horizontal crease along same corner edge; one pinpoint foxing stain in the lower center and center left; two small paper remnants on the upper and lower verso corners, with the lower corner causing slight staining to the recto; sketches present on the verso.
