Not examined out of frame; sheet is moderately undulating, indicating that it is not laid down; two small brown stains in the upper center; the thick application of pigment is separating in areas along the lower edge, with one small area of lifting paint in the lower right corner; one small spot of possible inpainting in the lower right corner, within the red field.
