The cradle appears in overall good, stable, and ready to place condition. With old nicks, scuffs, and scrapes consistent with age and use. The finials at either side are old replacements as evidenced by old filled sights and some finials are loose. Age splits to some boards. Heavy worming to the bottom board and bowing/ warping to the wood consistent with age. The cradle rocks well. The boards upon which the cradle rocks are possibly old replacements but are stylistically correct and have significant age. Additional images are available upon request.
