First published in 1695, La Belle au bois dormant (Sleeping Beauty) appears alongside several of his most enduring tales, including Le Petit Chaperon rouge (Little Red Riding Hood), Le Maître chat ou le Chat botté (Puss in Boots), and Cendrillon ou la petite pantoufle de verre (Cinderella).
