Le Meurice opened on the Rue de Rivoli in 1815. Over its two centuries of operation, it has hosted numerous cultural and political luminaries, including surrealist artist Salvador Dali, who spent one month of every year for thirty years living in the old Royal Suite (spanning rooms 106 and 108) previously occupied by King Alfonso XIII of Dali's native Spain.
This lot is located in Chicago.
