Manufactured by James W. Tufts (1835-1902) , Boston, Massachusetts, 1876
in the form of a miniature monument, with the bust of Lady Liberty atop a column wrapped with a copy of the Declaration of Independence, supported by a plinth with panels decorated with scenes from the Revolutionary War, the base inscribed, "Manufactured by James W. Tufts/ Boston Mass./ Design Patented Feb. 22 1876."
