Provenance:

Purchased for the Private Collection of Count Franciszek Xawery Pininski in 1936 at a château auction conducted by La Salle Drouot. Count Pininski, a Polish Air Attache in Paris, fled with his family in June, 1940. In 1956 Countess Pininska brought the family's collection to Canada.
