Appearing in overall good, stable, and ready to place condition. Having scattered dark marks, scuffs, and scrapes consistent with age and use. The fall front writing surface with two filled horizontal age splits. The sides of the case with filled age splits running the vertical length of the case. The slant front has a key but the lock mechanism has been partially removed. The upper drawers with their locks removed. Wear to the finish on the interior, most notably the central interior door. The brasses are old replacements as indicated by old filled sights. The feet are replacements and have filled age splits. Scattered fill to the veneer throughout. Drawers stick slightly due to expansion and contraction of the case. The backboards are replaced. Additional images are available upon request.
