Framed: 49 x 69 x 2 1/2 inches.
Minor deposits of surface dirt and dust; canvas is lined. A horizontal seam runs the length of the canvas through the center, which may be a result of the canvas manufacturing process, or a repaired tear; the line does not strongly fluoresce under UV light. An additional vertical seam approximately inches in length is visible in the upper left quadrant, though this is more likely a repaired tear. There are craquelures throughout the surface, with areas of tenting paint and extensive areas of pinpoint paint losses. Inpainting is visible under normal and UV light in scattered areas throughout the surface. Under UV light: the aforementioned inpainting fluoresces; most notable areas include a large area to Isaac's nose and under his right eye, and vertical line of inpainting extending along Abraham's right shoulder.
