Appearing in overall good, sturdy, and ready to place condition. There is a missing board on the top of the case, not visible when marble top is in place. Veneer with some cracking and lifting areas and spots of fill and overpainting. Several sections of missing veneer. Mounts appear later replaced as indicated by old sites and areas of fill. Some oxidation to the mounts. Drawers open and close smoothly and blocks have been added inside the case to guide the drawers. The drawers are lined with fabric. There are 2 keys, which are functional for the locks. The marble top is a later replacement. There are some chips and roughness to the edges, some filled. Light surface scratches. There is also a section with fill at the center back of the top. Additional images available upon request.
