Simpler star bowl: professionally restored - reassembled; small cracks filled and inpainted; exterior overlapped with plaster to smooth surface; approx. 20% of plain exterior is repainted; one-quarter-seized piece at rim replaced with plaster and inpainted.

Open center bowl: professionally restored; cracks and chips filled and inpainted; a very thin layer of plaster extended beyond cracks and chips to smooth over rough surface and to blend.
