Minor deposits of surface dirt and dust; canvas is lined; previous stretcher bar marks visible under raking light around the image perimeter; a network of hairline craquelures throughout, which appear stable; under a reflective varnish. Under UV light: a few minor pinpoint dots of inpainting within the upper left and right corners of the sky; scattered small strokes of inpainting within the majority of the animals; strokes of inpainting in the roofs of the barns in the center left.
