Appearing in overall good, stable, and ready to place condition. The gilt bronze mounts are bright and attractive with minor verdigris. The mount on the top proper left front corner is loose. Age splits throughout, not appearing to impact stability, and some filled or overpainted. There is a key for the writing surface, and the lock is functional; key is not functional for bottom cabinet. Leather writing surface with wear commensurate with age. Possibly missing two interior drawers. Drawers in the lower portion stick when opening and closing. Additional images available upon request.
