Appearing in overall sturdy and ready to place condition. Scattered nicks, scuffs, and scrapes consistent with age and use. The proper left side of the fall front is lacking a shell form mount. The fall front with two age splits running the horizontal length of the door. The fabric behind the mounts is worn. There is a key which works in the lock and the fall front opens and closes well. Flaking paint to the interior. All interior drawers open and close well. One of the interior doors with a detached pilaster decoration which present and could be reattached and the molding on the door is lifting. The stand is sturdy. The proper left front foot of the stand has a small chip. There is a spot of green paint on the back of the proper left foot. Age spits to the stand which do not appear to impact stability.
