This lot is located in Chicago.

Note:

A pair of figures, one holding a horn (which closely resembles the present lot) and one with a trident, were previously sold at Christie's Amsterdam in 2013. A similar trident bearing figure was sold at Andrew Jones Auctions in Los Angeles in 2022. Both noted a connection to the Stock Exchange in Vienna and roughly date the figures to 1865-1870 time period.
