Paintings are relined. Each with a thick craquelure throughout. The gentleman figure with some more concentrated craquelure and flaking to face. The lady figure with stoplet stains to canvas. Examination under UV light shows area of overpainting to figure's faces and an area of restoration to canvas above male figure's shoulder. The frame holding the portrait of the lady with some heavier loss to bottom right corner. Additional images available upon request.
