Seat Height 18 1/2 inches.
Dimensions of side chair: Height 34 1/2 x width 19 1/2 x depth 22 inches.

In overall good, stable, ready-to-use condition. Old scuffs marks and scratches throughout consistent with age and use. Having a fairly uniform reddish-brown surface throughout, surface isn't original but shows some age. One of the armchairs that was placed near windows in dining room with a slightly more faded surface to back of chair. Chairs with carved roman numerals on seat frame.

Armchair numbered 'XI' with a restoration to top of proper right front leg, still appears stable. Some restoration to crest rail, does not impact overall aesthetic unless viewed closely.

Sidechair numbered "II" with a small area of loss to side of crest rail.

Sidechair numbered "VII" with a detached element from median stretcher on back rest, piece retained. Some heavier wear to corners of seat frame.
