Appearing in overall good, stable, and ready to place condition. The micro mosaic and plaque are intact and without missing elements. Minute flake chips around the edges which are not visible unless viewed very closely. The surface of the plaque would benefit from gentle cleaning accounting to dust and old marks from previous packing with bubble wrap. Some adhesive/ tape residue to the back.
