Lot Note:
Larry Clark, the American photographer and filmmaker, is best known for his groundbreaking photographic series Tulsa. Shot in stark black-and-white, the portfolio offers an unflinching, intimate portrayal of youth culture in his hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma, during the 1960s. Through raw and candid images, Clark documents the lives of his friends, capturing scenes of drug use, violence, and turbulent relationships. Tulsa is both a deeply personal narrative and a broader commentary on the darker undercurrents of American society. Its gritty realism and documentary style have had a lasting impact on contemporary photography and visual storytelling.
In overall very good condition. Some light scuffing and soiling to image mats, photos are in generally excellent condition. See specialist photos for details.
