In overall fair and ready to place condition. There are many areas of discoloration, wear and deterioration to the upholstery. A noticeable color shift about 3/4 of the way up the side arms. Wear to the front of the sofa at the edge under the seat cushion. Stains to the underside of the seat cushion. Tearing to the cambric on the underside exposing the webbing. The frame is solid with no evident breaks, losses, repairs or structural damage to the frame. Wear and scuffing is present to the wood, notable among the edges.
