marble top is a later replacement, but possibly late 19th-century, the underside exhibiting ghost marks for the table frame / support, so it has been in place for quite some time; the marble with some minor fleabites along upper edge, some surface scratches, a few water rings, and an old softened shallow ship to underside of one corner; the base has been refinished, but with an even surface throughout; the top of frame veneer has been stained / finished, the veneer also with a few age cracks or splits, one with nail stabilization; one leg with repaired break to upper inner corner; the feet appear to be ok, with some typical wear commensurate with age and honest use, including some minor scuffing; one leg with old darkened grooves from possible past insect damage (but stable and not active, does not detract from visual appeal)
