presents really well overall; possibly refinished, but having a nice surface exhibiting dark patination to recessed areas; cornice molding with an age split to right-facing side, a small chip to front right-facing corner, a replaced or reattached dentil, and a missing dentil; the doors with patches around brasses, the left-facing door with patch to knot in wood grain, both doors with age crack to upper part along arch, the right-facing door with detached escutcheon (piece present); minor age cracks to side panels; the interior of doors with atypical wood closure mechanisms, the left-facing door with chip along lock slot; side panels of bottom section with shrinkage cracks; the interior is clean overall; slant front with some small scuffs and losses along edge, repaired break to upper right corner, and patch to lower right-facing corner, and a couple age cracks; drawers glide easily, the drawer faces with some occasional patches or mends to corners / edges; feet appear to be replaced, with later support blocking evident, the back right and front left-facing feet facings with age cracks; brasses are replaced; accompanied by two keys
