The Rolex 1675 is a vintage reference for the Rolex GMT-Master, a dual time zone watch produced from 1959 to around 1980. It is one of the most collectible and longest-running GMT-Master references, highly sought after for its historical significance and vintage features. The 1675 was originally developed for Pan American World Airways (Pan Am) to help pilots track multiple time zones.
Bracelet size: Approx. 8 inches
Overall Condition: Moderate scratching throughout consistent with age and use. Case has been polished in the past but retains full and original shape. The bezel insert has faded to a warm light fuchsia. The 'Long E' service replacement dial is in excellent condition with light patina around the minute track and no visible blemishes. The watch winds, sets and runs at the time of cataloguing but has not been timed for accuracy.
Please note that Freeman’s Hindman does not warranty the watch at the time of the auction or after its purchase. Potential buyers should be advised that though the watch may be running at the time of cataloging, it may stop running before the auction and servicing is recommended for all timepieces. The authenticity of individual parts is not guaranteed since repairs and restoration may have occurred. Hindman assumes all watches are unisex and does not specify the gender of a piece. For size reference, please see the case measurements of the piece listed under dimensions.
