Overall Condition: Acid test indicates foil-backed gemstone brooch has low karat gold vermeil on top of the silver indicated by the stamp, and bicolor fox brooch is 14 carat gold. Opal is chipped on one corner. Green glass is chipped at the girdle. Damage to a few of the bezel settings on the foil-backed brooch. Moderate scratching and discoloration to metal consistent with age and use.
