The pair appearing in overall good, stable, and ready to place condition. The gilt decoration is bright and attractive throughout; with some minor variation in tone. One example with minor adhesive residue to the top. The cabinet doors and interior drawers open and close smoothly. The peacock feathers on the front of the cabinet doors are intact, with a few instances of fraying and lifting near the edges; not impacting overall aesthetic. The legs with nicks, scuffs, and scrapes consistent with use and moving. The proper right back legs of both examples with a few minor dings and scuffs in the finish. One example with scratches to the interior of the cabinet door from contact with the mirrored drawers. The top two drawers of this example with some separation and cracks to the joins in the corners. Some rubbing to the gilding on the door fronts. Additional images are available upon request.
