Appearing in overall good, stable, and ready to place condition. There is a crack in the paint surface approximately one inch long on the man's tie. Minor flaking to the paint visible along the unfamed edges. There is a small dimple in the canvas on the left side edge. Light surface dirt. Additional images are available upon request.
