The Patek Philippe 5146G is an annual calendar watch, part of their Complications collection, known for its white gold case and classic design. It features a self-winding automatic movement (caliber 324 S IRM QA LU) with an annual calendar complication, a moon phase indicator, and day/month displays. A Patek Philippe annual calendar complication automatically displays the correct date for all months with 30 and 31 days, requiring a manual adjustment only once a year, at the end of February.

Overall Condition: The watch is in excellent condition, with only light surface scratches on the case and buckle. The watch winds, sets and runs at the time of cataloguing but has not been timed for accuracy.
