Sturdy and usable condition. The top with several old restored breaks, with visible fill, but this does not impact the stability of the commode overall. Old nicks and scuffs to the case. Minor age splits and areas of lifting to the veneer. The back with inactive worming; with some loss to the lower right corner. One leg with glue residue visible from an old repair. One drawer with a repair to one lower corner and the other lower corner with lifting veneer. The drawer construction appears original but the handles and escutcheons may be later replacements. There is one key present; only the lock on the top drawer is operable. There is faint sun fading to the case; it is slightly lighter in color toward the top and on the proper left side.
