In overall good and ready to use condition. Newly reupholstered, it is clean and without stains. One small snag on the rear proper left top corner not readily noticeable. The daybed folds out easily and the mattress is in good condition with no major stains, rips, odors or discoloration. The metal frame is intact with all tension springs intact. The upholstery is wrapped to the underside of the side arms. There is wear to the fabric due to contact with the floor on the underside not visible when placed. Please see additional images.
