In overall good condition. Judging from the yellowed varnish, particularly visible in the white areas of the painting, the work would benefit from a very light cleaning. With webs of craquelure visible in localized areas, namely wherever the white paint was used as impasto and where texture is built up (see upper center, at upper right corner, at center left, as well as at bottom right just to the left of the signature, corresponding to the model's shawl). The figure is intact with a very beautiful powdery texture (due to the silk medium), extending to her hands and upper body. No sign of inpainting as seen under UV light.
