Provenance:
Makler Gallery, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The painting is in overall good condition. There is some slight wear along the extreme edges from contact with the framing. There are a few other areas of small surface losses, for instance at center above the yellow building, at top right on the horizon line. There is an area in the black at left center that appears to be repainted, but it does not fluoresce under UV light. Under UV light there is a spot of staining visible above the brick wall at lower right. Additional photos are available upon request.
Frame: 8 1/4 x 10 1/2 x 1 1/4 in.
