The set appearing in overall good, stable, and ready to place condition. The butterflies appear to be a mix of watercolor, gouache, and pen. The paper with some visible ripples from the matting and framing process. The butterflies with scattered rubbed areas visible, not impacting overall aesthetic unless viewed closely. A few of the sheets with minor foxing. The works have not been examined outside of the frame. Frames are bright and attractive with even rubbing to the gilt decoration.
