Overall the paint in largely original condition but with minor areas touched-up, particularly on the flowers. Areas of flaking paint and the top redecorated. The proper right back corner has some repaired damage to splintering wood with overpainting. There is an age separation of the proper left side between the panel and the framing of the case. An age crack through the top. A few worm holes typical for age. An area of splintering and chipped trim near the bottom center of the case. The locks replaced but with 18th century locks. The keys work in the locks but the locks do not fit properly in the case, so the drawers cannot be locked. Additional images are available upon request.
