Note:
An identical candelabrum is illustrated in a 19th century pictorial inventory recording items from the Royal Collection that were being considered for use in the refurbishment of Windsor Castle (RCIN 934822). Nicholas Morel, George IV's furniture supplier, employed artists to record the inventory. The watercolor and pencil sketch, dated 1838, describes "2 of these" in his Majesty's Collection at Warwick House and further records the pair having been "sent to Windsor Castle/ December 11 1828".
