In overall stable and ready to use condition. The straps to the underside are all intact. No damage or repairs to the structure of the wood frame. There is significant wear to the leather on the proper left side of the sofa seat and back cushions. The middle cushion has an approximately 5 inch split seam on the top-side of the cushion. Various areas of sun fading to the wood are most noticeable when the cushions are removed. Inner proper left arm has spotting residue on finish. Scuffs throughout the wood frame, more prevalent on the front rail and near the feet. Please see additional condition images.
