Cabinet is solid and free of major gouges, dents and repairs. Drawers function smoothly. The top sustains several stains including some water marks and unknown fluids. The top drawer has some pen/pencils stains and accumulated grime. There is a moderate separation between two of the top planks as, as well as on both sides. There is a smaller split to the rear top plank as well. Please refer to condition photographs.
