In overall good, stable condition. Old scuffs, marks and scratches throughout consistent with age and use. The apron fitted with drawer-fronts on all sides but only one long-side with functioning drawers. The opposite long-side with age splits running horizontally through center and right side false-front. The leather top in good condition with some variation in color consistent with the manufacturing process, small area of stains to leather top and right center.
