Good to Very Good. Blade retains much of its polish and a sharp edge with few small bites, and some scattered brown flecking. Some scratches and oil residues to blade. The kissaki has been polished down, likely to remove kizu forming at tip. Nakago shows some mottled oxidation that has been stabilized with the signature eroded. Fuchi and Kashira appear to have been refinished with some scratches, nicks, and rounded edges that have been filled in with refinish. Some white residue to the edge of the kashira. Grip tape spacing has been interrupted near kashira. Leather wrap to saya shows some scuffs and abrasions, and a torn leather tie down.
